Soccability FC

The Lurgan Town 'Soccability FC' coaching plan has been developed for boys and girls with learning and/or physical disabilities. Split into two categories, the first session held on each evening is for 7-13 year olds. the second session allows players of 14+ to attend. Each session is lead by head coach Phillip McKinley and his dedicated team of fully trained coaches. Each training session focuses on skill progression, team play and small sided games and is designed to get all players involved in the game we love so much.

We are delighted to inform you that Lurgan Town Boys FC will recommence the Soccability football club from 5th April 2012. There however will be a number of changes to the club.

WHERE: Gordon Playing Fields (Indoor Hall) - Most sessions will be held indoors but there may be a chance for the members to get outdoors onto the clubs full size 3G synthetic pitch (depending on the weather).

WHEN: Every Thursday. The weekly sessions will last a total of 12 weeks and be run once a year.

AGES & TIMES: The sessions will run from 7pm to 8pm for 12 year old and over.

WHO CAN JOIN: Boys and girls with learning and/or physical disabilities.

COACHES: IFA / UEFA LICENSE coaches

COST: £2 per session

ACTIVITIES: Skill progression, team play and small sided games.

Please make sure your son/daughter wear the appropriate clothing and footwear (NO SHOES - PLAYERS MUST WEAR TRAINERS).
